What is the SBOFC ?SBOFC stands for the Sawyer Brown Online Fan Club, which is the official Fan Club for recording artists Sawyer Brown.
Must I have Internet access in order to join the SBOFC ?Yes. The SBOFC is completely online, accessed via SB's official site at http://www.sawyerbrown.com.The online model is the perfect format to promote the high level of interaction and 'community' that the SBOFC currently offers. All the special features of the club, including exclusive behind-the-scenes video, photos, chat room, member forums, pre-sale ticketing, all are available here on the website. Also, online access it required to take advantage of pre-sale ticketing for Sawyer Brown concerts, and to receive the SBOFC e-Newsletter.
I have a new email address. How can I change my information? You can change or verify your info (including your e-mail address) by going to the support link on the home page upon signing into the members section and then clicking on the "profile" link.
Why am I not receiving email from the fan club? We send email updates and newsletters to the email we have on file for you, so please ensure that that address is correct. You may check which email address is currently active for you by clicking on "Support" once you are logged in. Also, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folders if you have them. Certain Internet Service Providers have very strong filters, making it difficult for some of you to receive our emails. All Sawyer Brown newsletters will be posted online in the SBOFC Members area.

Why haven't you answered my e-mail?We try very hard to respond to all emails submitted to this site. However, many people email us with questions that they could easily find the answer to on the site. Due to the sheer volume of emails, and the repetitive nature of the questions, we have constructed this Frequently Asked Question page. Because MusicCityNetworks provides online fan clubs for many different artists and entertainers, with your iPass you will be able to not only access The Sawyer Brown Online Fan Club but any of your other favorite artists that are on the network*. As a SBOFC member, you may wish to use the SBOFC Message Boards for a quick response by some very educated fans.
As a SBOFC member, will I be eligible for Meet & Greets with Sawyer Brown? Yes. You can submit your meet and greet requests online as of March 2005. Please note that some shows may not have a meet and greet due to extenuating circumstances and some shows may have to be capped at the number of members allowed backstage.
Will Sawyer Brown be coming to my city this year? All of this information is posted in "The Road" section as soon as it is confirmed. If a date is all of a sudden missing, then it has probably been cancelled or rescheduled. Sometimes the venues are unaware of the confirmed date before we are however that doesn't mean that the show is not going to happen. Please continue to check this site for updates. ***All dates, even those confirmed on this site, may be subject to change with little or no notice. Please be sure and confirm dates with the venue before traveling long distances.
When will Tickets go on sale for my city?All of this information is posted in "The Road" section as soon as it is confirmed. SBOFC Ticket pre-sales are posted within the Member section of the site (more info coming as soon as the pre-sale start).
Who has access to pre-sale tickets for Sawyer Brown Concerts? Only members of the Sawyer Brown Fan Club (SBOFC) are eligible to purchase pre-sale tickets. Unfortunatley we cannot guarantee a apre-sale opportunity will be available to all of the shows. Most fair dates will not have a pre-sale. *Please Note: We have a NO REFUND policy. We do not guarantee that every member will be able to get pre-sale tickets through the fan club. We encourage you to experience the fan club in it's entirety as there are many other benefits to the club.
